hey
this is for those who can't read and are just plain stupid. holla!
i would understand if someone texted the wrong person, if someone got the wrong number or if someone mistook me for another person.
mistakes are evidently human.
BUT if for some retarded reason -like say, "i'm an un-evolved ape from billions of years ago" kind of retarded reason- you messaged me wrongly on MSN, i will
not forgive you.
i repeat, will
NOT.
for one, when you first click on the person whom you want to chat with on MS-fucking-N, it gets highlighted blue. hard to miss even if you are colourblind.
subsequently, you've got to DOUBLE-CLICK on the person's name/nick to get a little screen to pop up as if
magically (ooh! shocking!) to talk to him/her.
now if that's not mistakable enough, don't you have to READ and CHOOSE the person you want to talk to?
i for one don't talk to 97% of the people in my MSN "contacts". so suddenly asking "how the bleeping hell are ya beyatch?" to some dude scratching his balls is not really a situation i wanna get stuck in.
now for mobile phones, the mistake could be unintentional, like typing 'Q' or 'S' instead of 'R'. you've seen those people who look at people or clothes or whatever while they type away on their mobiles. i'm one of them admittedly. and mistakes in these situations are higly probable. pressing numbers on mobile phones for those who sadly posses huge fingers could also pose as a problem and would result in them getting a hostile "wrong number" from the person on the other end followed by a slamming of the phone (hard to do on a mobile though).
FORGIVABLE.
but
MSN? bullshit. if reasons listed above are not convincing enough, the person's face will suddenly appear to replace the 'lil blue man on the chat screen. magic, like, again!
how incredibly stupid and incapable of maneuvering a mouse can someone possibly be?
heck, even drunkards get the right person they want to talk to on the phone (yes! the phone! where you have to press an average of EIGHT numbers) and that's saying a lot.
and even if you have happened to overlook the several
FOOLPROOF actions to talk to the right person on MSN, the least you could do is clear up the confusion you've made to the other party and reply when the person voices his/her confusion. and then you
apologise because hey, the screen's already there for you to type the 5 letters in (that's '
SORRY' to you crack whores).
there you go.
ode to stupid incompetent fools.
GOODBYE.
