i'm alive and well and i thank God for that. i want to make a huge change in my life and i want to make things right. i want to take things slow and think more carefully about my next step. i suppose this is my super late resolution for 2008. whatever comes my way, i want to make the best of it.
i miss my parents. it's actually scheduled for them to return home in april but due to situations and circumstances and whatever else, they might not fly back here till about june? gaaaah. come home la mum. i want to eat mee siam goreng. HAHA. ulterior motive indeed. but i just want them home so we can go out like in one of those glossy phamplets for family counselling or something. HAHA
i've had alot of time lately and i've picked up reading again. such pleasure. books and money are made of the same thing, yet they smell so different. have you ever smelt money? i wish they'd bottle it. if books smelt of money, i think many people would read them. hokay, waaay off tangent. anyways, i've fallen in love again with the English sense of humour and the way English writers tend to have similar style of writing. the men in the books are usually handsome, a bit of a baffling idiot, clumsy, probably would answer 'as much as humanly possible' next to sex, and have that swanky bachelor's pad somewhere in upscale London or something. the women on the other hand are most of the time single mums or fat chocoholics, shy, clumsy(i suppose it's a common trait), low self esteem and has no job or has a really lousy excuse of a job.
nevertheless, they are extremely entertaining. the next time i go to the library, i am going to the teens section. HAHA. hey, sometimes them books are really entertaining. i love suddenly laughing out loud while reading a book. (ugh, now i sound demented.)
more worrying is that most of the books i've read are about crumbling marriages. 50% of marriages in England end up in a divorce. while England is not my homeland, the statistics are just mind-blowing. i am scared of the years to come.

I am someone you might know, this is my personal weblog - means i write everything based on my personal perspectives, whether those are wrong or right, insulting or flattering, stupid or smart, those are my ways of seeing the universe. You may come and read, but the contents are not yours. If you don't like what you read - once again: those are mine. If you hate me because of my writings that's not my responsibility, I never asked you to come here.
